Use of Service
Teton Outpost is a platform for local buying and selling. You agree to:

- Not post prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, etc.)
- Treat other users with respect
- Not use the service for spam or fraudulent purposes
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Listings
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting a listing, you grant Teton Outpost a license to display it on our platform. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
Transactions
Teton Outpost facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transactions. You are solely responsible for the safety and legality of your transactions.
Limitation of Liability
Teton Outpost is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or transactions with other users.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
